United States Supreme Court Bankruptcy Case on the Means Test… What Does it Really “Mean”?

Here is the transcript of the Lanning case that was heard by the United States Supreme Court yesterday. 

This case, when decided, will provide some definition to what the “means test” actually means !  As bankruptcy attorneys, we all eagerly await this decision.
