Built on Plastic – Wall Street Journal

Oh no, here we go again !  I thought we had seen the end of folks using credit card accounts to finance and keep afloat small businesses.

Apparently not.  The Wall Street Journal’s Rob Johnson, in his “The Money Game” column, reports on a resurgence in this practice.

I have seen a lot of this over the past 20 years of practicing bankruptcy law, but I thought with the recent downturn in the economy, we might have seen the decline of this practice.

If you have a small business and think you may need to discuss bankruptcy, please feel free to contact the office of John Rogers, Attorney at Law to explore your options.
